Your vehicle is one of your biggest investments. We promise to treat it like one of our own.
BOOKING GUARANTEE
We guarantee any booking made more than 24-hours in advance. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. We will collect your vehicle on time, deliver it for service on time, and return it to you on time.
From the time booking, we will ensure communication with you is clear. Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm all of the pick-up details (location, where the keys will be left and primary contact person). Once the car is ready, we will let you know that we are on our way home with your vehicle.
DRIVER STANDARDS
Our drivers are selected with care and must meet the following criteria:

– Older than 25 years
– Have a clean driver abstract
– Pass GoValet company road tests

Photographs are taken upon pickup, after service, and after drop off to ensure any damage is carefully documented.
INSURANCE
We want you to book Go Valet and know that your car will be handled with the utmost care — worry free. When using Go Valet, you and your vehicle are covered under our insurance policies in the event of an accident. In addition to meeting our driver standards, all Go Valet staff will carry a driver’s insurance policy, a garage policy and commercial liability while driving your car.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health and Safety are a cornerstone of our commitment to our customers. Vehicles that are unsafe for driving are refused. Our care and safety to our staff is our utmost importance.
